1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering, or using StockSeva (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Aneuratech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Aneuratech", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
2. Description of Service
StockSeva is a multi-tenant B2B supply chain management platform that enables Indian businesses to manage orders, inventory, payments, customer ledgers, and GST-compliant documents through a mobile application and web dashboard.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a legal representative of a registered Indian business
- Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act 2000, GST Act, and Companies Act
- You are responsible for ensuring all users under your tenant account meet these requirements
4. Account Registration and Security
To use StockSeva, you must register using a valid Indian mobile phone number, which will be verified by OTP. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@stockseva.in
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST. We will provide a GST invoice for all paid subscriptions.
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StockSeva to:
- Violate any Indian or international law or regulation
- Fraudulently create or alter financial records, invoices, or tax documents
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data
- Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crimes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
7. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into StockSeva, including customer records, orders, and financial data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the Service.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
The StockSeva platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Aneuratech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
9. Service Availability and Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the StockSeva platform. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Aneuratech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aneuratech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for the period specified in our Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
