We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve StockSeva. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Provide and personalise the StockSeva platform and mobile apps
- Process and store your business transactions, orders, and payments
- Generate GST-compliant invoices and financial documents

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years thereafter, as required by Indian accounting and GST law. You may request deletion of your personal account data by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Cookies and Tracking
Our web admin panel uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect the functionality of the admin panel.
Our mobile apps do not use cookies. We collect minimal analytics data using privacy-preserving tools that do not track individual users across apps or websites.
8. Children's Privacy
StockSeva is a business platform intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of StockSeva after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
